Parking directly in front of the house will fit 3 vehicles easily.

Security deposits will be refunded, unless not warranted, within 7 days of check out. Please pay deposit through Zelle or Venmo. Other methods will incur a 6% fee that will be taken out of your deposit. If pay deposit through Houfy, it could take up to 15 days to receive deposit funds back. Venmo and Zelle are within 2 days.  To date, I have never had to keep any funds out of guests deposits. 

As guests of our home, you will have access to the entire house, and the community pool area. I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to you. We have a local contact if there are any issues, but we are always just a phone call away! I am available 24 hours a day for any issues that you have. We allow self-check-in, so you do not have to be on a schedule during your vacation time. Please, make yourself at home!

A 2nd full size refrigerator with freezer is located in the laundry room.

Great grilling area behind the house with picnic table. Next to the pool so can relax by the pool while the food grills.

We have a pack and play in the downstairs master bedroom closet for your use. Please bring your own linens for this. 

Absolutely ZERO parties or events allowed.

No smoking anywhere on property. This includes patio, all balconies, parking area, and all areas around the pool and grilling area.

Hello, my family and I welcome you to be a guest in one of our beach houses. We love the beach and want you to enjoy our houses as much as we do while you are vacationing. We live in the DFW area and travel to our houses as much as our kid's sports schedules allow. We have a high expectation of cleanliness so you should expect our homes to be clean and well maintained.  <br />
